It encompasses a wide range of techniques, including foam rolling, massage, myofascial release, and active range of motion movements, in addition to traditional passive stretches. The goal of stretch therapy is to treat certain physical problems associated with tight muscles and restricted joints, improve range of motion and performance, and help prevent future injuries by working with your fascia, muscles, and tendons.

Reiki Healing

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is a complementary and alternative medicine that uses aromatic plant oils, including essential oils, for psychological and physical wellbeing. Aromatherapists blend therapeutic essential oils especially for each person and suggest methods of use such as topical application, massage, inhalation or water immersion to stimulate the desired responses.
Rapid Relief
Incorporates percussive massage with the use of a massage gun to reduce muscle tension by bombarding the afferent or sensory pathway with a high-intensity stimulus. This service offers a form of vibration therapy that can help reduce pain and promote muscle recovery. The gentle percussive massage from a massage gun stimulates sensory receptors in the muscles, triggering reflexes that encourage muscle relaxation, leading to both pain relief and improved range of motion.
Nourishing Scalp Treatment
Utilizes a blend of scalp massage techniques and application of nourishing oils to the scalp in order to rejuvenate both the scalp and hair, promoting health from the roots up. Scalp massage enhances relaxation and helps to promote increased circulation to the scalp as well as overall scalp health.
Facial Massage
Involves different facial massage techniques to stimulate pressure points on the face, help increase circulation, reduce stress, muscle tension, headaches, and sinus congestion. Facial massage also helps with collagen production and can help to improve the skin’s elasticity, promoting a youthful, hydrated look.
