Notion Therapeutics, LLC was established in June of 2025. I created this business with the intention of helping people through the application of therapeutic massage and bodywork.

Self-care is incredibly important to living a healthy, happy, and dynamic life. In a fast-paced world, sometimes it can be hard for us to find time to slow down and reestablish an intuitive, grounded, and connected dynamic with ourselves. 

My goal is to understand my clients’ individual needs, and deliver a service that is tailored to those needs, to help you feel safe and grounded in your body, and to help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, bringing your body back to a state of homeostasis.

Briana Driscoll

Helping people is my passion. Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork is my specialty. As your massage therapist, I will aim to listen attentively, understand your needs, and deliver a service that helps you feel grounded and relaxed, while also addressing any areas of tension that could be causing physical pain in your body. My goal is to help you feel better in your body, and to help you let go of everything outside of yourself, even if only for a moment.

I have been seeing Briana for Massage for over a year since she began having availability in her massage school clinic and from my first sessions with her, I could tell she found her calling. Briana does an excellent job of making me feel comfortable on the table, focusing on the specific areas of tension I ask her to work on and can even tell what I need without me having to say anything. When you work with Briana as a repeat client, you will notice she remembers your needs and preferences and you will see real results immediately after sessions, especially over time if you see her regularly. I always leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and relieved after a massage by Briana.
